May 1993, Columbia Missouri. Two young men celebrate a graduation with family. After holding onto the Port of the century for his son's graduation, the father decided it was time for palates to be changed forever. While one joined the food and beverage industry and worked throughout the US, the other traveled the world through his occupation, both chasing that moment and becoming true Epicureans. 30 years later the two men decided it was time to bring their passion for all things food and beverage together. Come take a culinary journey with us from around the world, chasing the moment when your palate is changed forever. Bare your nose and sample some cheese from our selection-it's a cut above the rest. Find a home for some of our cured meats and build your own Charcuterie board. Suck on some grapes from our serve yourself wine bar while we build you a sandwich or salad.
